GOUPIL after sales service staff support all your technical questions. Aftersales solutions can be carried out by GOUPIL service technicians or authorized service providers. Our network of qualified partners has extensive territory cover, they have been selected in accordance with our strict criteria of competence and responsiveness. Our partners have received training on our site and are regularly audited. They carry a stock of spare parts for all vehicles. Parts are delivered within 24 hours anywhere.


TECHNICAL TRAINING AT GOUPIL

GOUPIL is official training center.

We provide first and second level of technical training (maintenance and simple diagnosis). At the end of two-day training course, a technician is generally able to handle 90% of the problems found on a GOUPIL model.

The training sessions take place at our facilities in Bourran or at our clients facilities (on request).
