The isothermal fridge van has been developed specificaly for delivery of the cold and fresh products in the town centre. The thermally insulated box complies with ATP standards. The useable internal volume is 1.7m3.
The refrigerating unit of this electric utility vehicle is a Thermoking V100Max. The temperature is adjustable from +12°C to - 20°C (class C). The fridge unit control panel is conveniently fitted to the dashboard.
The energy consumption depends mainly on the number times the door of the vehicle is opened. For example : If the ambient temperature is 30°C and the fridge door is opened 10 times at an average duration of 45 sec - then consumption = 1,4kWh. This represents less than 10% of the available energy for the G4.
Conforming to environmentally friendly legislation, the G4 produces 0gr of CO2 in daily use. The G4 has no polluting emissions and it is virtually silent, which makes it attractive for many urban applications.
An extensive choice of batteries to suit your needs and your budget: the G4 offers 5 battery packs: Three Open Lead (industrial traction battery) of 8.6kWh, 11.5kWh and 14.4kWh offering a cost effective solution to the vehicle range you require . Two Lithium battery options 7.2kWh and 11.5kWh which offers unrivalled flexibility and high performance (autonomy up to 100km). The on board high frequency charger plugs into a standard 220v 16A socket (240v 13A UK spec).
Bigger than the electric G3 but narrower than conventional utility vehicles, its compact width of 120cm allows easy access in vitually any public space (narrow streets, parks and gardens…). The G4 blends into the urban environment thanks to its modern design.
The cost of recharging is approximately 2€ per 100km, electric traction is maintenance free, the brakes have a longer life due to proportional electric braking. All these factors make the G4's total cost of ownership economical and profitable over the vehicle's lifetime.
Lithium Iron Phospate technology offers the best compromise cost/performance/durability available on the market. Three times lighter than traction batteries allows the G4 to offer up to a 1 ton payload. Moreover, this technology supports partial recharges without damaging the battery. These batteries are guaranteed for 5 years.
The G4 has been ergonomically designed to suit applications requiring frequent "Stop&Go" (collection, delivery,…) : seat height, cabin access, positioning of the controls. The large glass area and door provides the driver perfect all round visibility.
